About Our Coaching Services

Sophic means “to be wise”.  Sophic Health & Habits was created to help people develop wise habits and live the “Sophic Lifestyle”, which promotes holistic health and wellness.

The Coaching Services  Program with Sophic Partners

The “Sophic Steps Habit Change Program” addresses the whole person, including physical health, mental outlook, social engagement, spiritual connection, professional potential, and financial stability.  My goal is to help clients understand the interdependencies of all six key lifestyle management areas so they can develop sustainable, health-promoting habits, break the vicious cycle of destructive habits, and increase confidence, productivity, and their overall well-being.

Each program starts with the Sophic Health & Habits Lifestyle Transformation Discovery Session, where you will:

  • Uncover what’s been stopping you, slowing you down or keeping you from reaching your specific goals

  • Develop a powerful vision for your transformation, and what it will mean you, your health, and your life

  • Discover which lifestyle habits are bringing you down…and what to do about it

  • Get crystal clear on a step-by-step plan to create sustainable changes, typically in a three-month period

If you are a stressed out, over-scheduled “people-pleaser”, an overworked parent, or a person just trying to lose those last 10 pounds, the Sophic Steps program can help you rescue your time, energy, and health so you can take control of your life.

If you are a patient trying to manage a chronic illness, the Sophic Steps program can support your physician and/or dietician in teaching you how to follow your treatment protocol so you can heal and regain control of your health.

"The Sophic Steps Habit Change program helped me realize I can take control of myself in any situation.  I don't have to "take the bait" from other people. I don't have to justify my existence with a daily list of accomplishments.  I am enough. I've learned to conserve energy for the things that really matter. Everything doesn't have to be perfect. I also learned to double my time margins so I'm not always rushing and stressed from running late.  Peacefulness is definitely found in the margin. I've learned to be more flexible and adapt my plan when I see unnecessary stress breaking into my schedule. Developing a strong sense of priorities is critical so I can allocate my time and energy to the essential priorities in my life. I've learned that my calendar exists to serve me; I don't exist to serve my calendar."  JoAnn
